Manisha Arya

Manisha Arya is a dedicated Program and Community Manager at EarthJust Ecosystems, where she oversees the Satat Shikshak Samudaya, a vast network of over 5,000 sustainability practitioners which include educators, Youth, corporate leaders & government leaders.

She was selected as a UNICEF Youth Leader as a Climate Champion under NYCC, and participated in COP29 at Baku, Azerbaijan in 2024, where she met youth delegates, policy advocates and negotiators from across the globe, and created advocacy opportunities with national and international stakeholders.

Through the Satat Yuwaah Samudaya initiative during her tenure as an NYCC Climate Champion from Himachal Pradesh, Manisha has mobilized 2k+ youth and engaged thousands of students, educators, and community members, through 13 Samwaads and training sessions for Youth students in Solan & Shimla. She also did online dialogue circles across nine districts of Himachal Pradesh to engage with critical issues like behavioral change for climate action, disaster risk reduction and green careers.

By partnering with state bodies, she has facilitated high-level dialogues that influence local climate policy and promote sustainable innovation. Her leadership in organizing interactive workshops and digital networks ensures a continuous, state-wide movement of youth changemakers dedicated to long-term environmental action which are sustainable & regenerative.
