Molly Dua

Molly Dua is a biotech graduate from Amity University and a youth climate advocate working at the intersection of menstrual health, gender dignity, and sustainable waste management in Delhi. She has engaged over 250 youth, women, and community members through grassroots work, building awareness around climate-conscious health practices and inclusive solutions.

She led the project, Go Red! Sustainable Management of Sanitary Pad Waste, during her tenure as an NYCC Climate Champion, addressing menstrual waste as a public health and climate issue, while researching how to biodegrade soiled pads. Through school and community sessions, and her interactive platform followthepad.org, Molly promoted responsible disposal and sustainable alternatives, collaborating with organisations like PADCARE and Uttejana Foundation to break taboos and drive behaviour change.

She is currently pursuing the YLAC Policy in Action Program and preparing for a Master’s in Public Health, aiming to scale policy-driven, community-led solutions at the intersection of climate, health, and gender.
