Aishwarya Arun Vichare is a Project Manager at Bharat Intelligence, working at the intersection of agricultural technology, strategy, and data-driven solutions. With a background in Agricultural Analytics, her work focuses on leveraging data analytics, geospatial technologies, and field insights to address challenges in sustainable agriculture, climate resilience, and rural livelihood resilience. Having conducted award-winning research on climate-resilient agriculture, utilizing satellite data and machine learning to analyze crop health and climate risks, she has also designed data-driven projects for rural wage prediction and water management. She is passionate about empowering rural communities through practical, climate-smart solutions that enhance water management, agricultural productivity, and sustainable livelihoods.

In her NYCC project, "Tech- Driven Circular Agri-Waste Management System for Climate Action: A Konkan (Ratnagiri, Maharashtra) Case Study", Aishwarya proposes a decentralized, circular agri-waste management model in Konkan villages to prevent stubble burning. Supported by GIS mapping and AI, this involves village-level waste aggregation through SHGs, cluster processing, and integrating local labor for sustainable employment.
