Jadupati Paul

Jadupati Paul is an entrepreneur and community leader from Chakulia, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, committed to advancing grassroots climate action and sustainable rural development. He has actively engaged with rural youth and women in Chakulia, encouraging local livelihood opportunities and organic agriculture. As the Founder & CEO of Anugami Industries Private Limited and Anugami Foundation, he works to promote green livelihoods, community mobilisation and environmental awareness. He majorly focuses on building scalable, sustainable solutions, such as setting up a biodegradable wet wipes manufacturing unit aligned with circular economy principles. His NYCC project focuses onthrough composting, sustainable agriculture and youth-led climate initiatives.

Jadupati aims to transform agricultural and organic waste into opportunities along with low-cost organic farming methods (composting, vermiculture, natural pest control) among small farmers who are overly dependent on chemical fertilizers. By setting up demonstration pilot plots and forming small groups led by youth, he aims to build scalable, community-driven solutions that strengthen climate resilience while promoting sustainable development across rural Jharkhand. He believes that empowering young people, women and local communities with practical green skills can create lasting environmental and economic impact.
