Jaimin works as a development sector professional in Betul district, focusing on Integrated Natural Resource Management (INRM) and agriculture. He has led participatory planning with SHG women and collaborated with local governance to construct farm ponds via MGNREGA. He is also anchoring a successful fisheries innovation project that has improved local livelihoods.Deeply passionate about understanding the challenges of climate change, he implements practical, community-driven solutions that improve livelihoods while protecting natural resources. He believes that empowering rural communities with sustainable practices can create lasting social, economic, and environmental impact. Through his work, he strives to bridge the gap between innovative climate solutions and grassroots implementation, ensuring that development is both inclusive and resilient.

With his NYCC Project, Bhungroo for Betul: Community-led Climate-Resilient Water & Livelihood Model, he aims to address severe water scarcity and distress migration in hilly villages. Hence, Jaimin plans to implement participatory INRM planning to develop water conservation structures (contour bunding, farm ponds), which will improve groundwater levels, enable multi-season farming, and promote sustainable livelihoods.
